Jekko Certification Program

NJ Crane Expert is a JekkoUSA authorized training provider.

These are one-day classes that consist of classroom instructor, a written exam and a practical exam. This certification is required if you are looking to operate a mini-crane in New York City. Students must receive a 70% or higher on the written and practical exam to pass successfully.

Program Details

There is a 3-person minimum to host a class and each class cannot be more than 10 people. At the conclusion of the classroom portion the students will take their written exam which they have one-hour to complete, and must get a 70% or higher to pass. Once the written exams are completed, they will take the practical exams, which they also must receive a 70% or higher on. The machine that the students needs to be certified on will need to be available for the practical exam.

Pricing

The cost of the class is $1500, plus $750/person/test.

If a student does not pass the written or practical exam on the first attempt, they may retest in two-days. The cost for retesting is $750 plus $500/person/test.
