Hans did an excellent job teaching the certification class. He was informative, thorough, and very detail-oriented when it came to emphasizing the most crucial safety and practical measures taken when operating a crane. He had answers readily available for any questions we may have had, and was able to provide those answers and clarifications in a way that left students confident that they understood the concept being discussed.
