I’d like to introduce you to Warren!

After seven years of friendship, Hans invited Warren to join the NJ Crane Expert family. Like Hans, Warren is another second generation arborist from New Jersey.

Family and work have always been closely tied for Warren, with some of his earliest memories linked to Raritan Valley Tree Service, the family business that he is also now the foreman of. Warren recalls how when he was around two years old he used to watch his dad work from the safety of his car seat. “That was like a form of daycare,” he laughs.

In striving to advance his parents’ business, Warren had to look hard to find room for growth in an already strong business model. While “safety first” has always been enforced, it hadn’t necessarily endorsed to the extent that Warren is now focusing on it. “Maybe it’s because we have social media now,” Warren says, “that you just hear a lot more about accidents now than you used to, and it makes you want to improve.”

Warren is excited to help develop and promote safety standards within the industry and share his passion for safety protocols with tree care professionals of all ages through NJ Crane Expert’s training. While he loves working with trees and out in nature, he sees more human interaction as an added bonus of the gig.

When Warren isn’t working, he spends the majority of his downtime with his wife, kids and Boston terriers.
